I have a Lanier 3600 and I'm using Plotbase 3600. When a plot job is completed the job keeps appearing with the "plotting" message. The job will plot again after a given time of period and still say plotting. The only way now to stop the process is to turn of the Lanier and then turn it back on. What/where is the signal to tell the job that it is completed. Prior to this, I was having separation/jamming problems that ultimately was dry paper. I'm trying to fix the problem. I made some changes in the SP modes, but I putted them back to "normal". Is it possible that I may have inadvertently changed a SP setting that is causing my problem?

Yes, the problem can be caused by some settings changed by you. The easiest way to fix the issue is to uninstall (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and reinstall the software. Also, I recommend you update the drivers of the device. Navigate to the official web page, identify the product model and download and install the latest files. If the issue persists, try contacting Lanier.
